Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.
Pack Your Items
Place your items back in their original interior packaging; our shoe boxes are designed to be mailers to reduce waste.
Attach the Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely attach it to the outside of the box.
Drop Off and Refund
Take your package to the designated carrier location; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
