How do I find the right size in Allbirds?
Most of our shoes come in whole sizes. If you are a half size, we generally recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit, though specific fit notes are available on each product page.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day trial period. You can take our shoes for a run or a walk, and if you don't love them, you can return them for a full refund within 30 days, no questions asked.
Are Allbirds shoes machine washable?
Yes! To wash your shoes, remove the laces and insoles, place the shoes in a delicates bag, and wash on a cold cycle with mild detergent. Always air dry your shoes.
What materials do you use in your products?
We prioritize natural, sustainable materials including FSC-certified eucalyptus tree fiber, ZQ-certified Merino wool, and our sugarcane-based SweetFoam midsoles.
Do you offer international shipping?
We currently ship to many countries worldwide, including the United States, Canada, the UK, Australia, and parts of Europe. Shipping rates and times vary by location.
